Just like the ebb and flow of the ocean, my approach shifts and adapts based on where you are and what you need. Some seasons call for steady grounding, while others need space to explore deeper currents. I take a whole-person, social-behavioral approach— honoring your unique experiences, environments, and inner world.
I integrate evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic theory, parts work, and others to meet you where you are. My style is flexible, warm, compassionate, and deeply human. Most importantly, I strive to be relatable— because therapy works best when it feels real, safe, and collaborative.
I work with individuals and couples who are navigating the challenges life inevitably brings— whether that looks like anxiety, depression, low self-worth, feelings of abandonment, or behavioral patterns that no longer serve you. I also support clients in building self-esteem, strengthening relationships, and finding clarity in times of transition or self-discovery.
Grief, identity shifts, and relational struggles are often part of these journeys, and my role is to walk alongside you with warmth, authenticity, and a grounded presence (just like a lighthouse!)
